  • Booking June 15 - June 26, 2026

Overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, and burnout before you even begin — sound familiar? It’s what most of our clients are feeling when they find us. The typical job advice isn’t meant for your brain’s unique operating system!

In this single 50-minute session, we can dial in your strategy in 1-2 of the following areas:

    • Optimizing your resume and LinkedIn profile for recruiters and ATS

    • How to search for jobs consistently without burning out

    • Identifying job titles, keywords, and filters for job boards to find the right jobs for your needs

    • Discovering what you truly want to be doing, vs. what’s good enough for now

    • Preparing for an interview (aka how to talk about yourself without losing your mind)

    • Pivoting into a new type of role or a different industry

  • Booking 2026  — exact dates TBD

Burned out in your “real job” to the point where figuring it out on your own sounds like a dream come true? Heard. But let’s make sure you’ve considered everything you need to make this dream happen. Whether you’re interested in freelancing or starting a service- or product-based business, we can help you get off on the right foot.

In this 50-minute intensive, we can review 1-2 of the following:

    • Strategizing your transition from traditional employment to self-employment (when to quit, how to grow your business on the side, etc.)

    • Deciding what you’re going to sell, how you’ll sell it, and how much to charge

    • Creating a strategy to find consistent freelance clients

    • Establishing a marketing plan to grow your audience, with or without social media

    • Reviewing and fine-tuning your pitch to potential clients

all programs include accessible pricing options.

At Colorful Futures®, we are committed to ensuring our resources are accessible to as many folks as possible. That's why we implemented sliding-scale pricing, allowing you to select a tier that aligns with your circumstances.

Please carefully read each tier before enrolling in your program.
Enrolling at your correct tier ensures that we can continue to provide accessible pricing to those who need it most, and that the folks who help bring these resources and trainings to life are paid fairly.

caitlin fisher

Caitlin Fisher (they/them) is a neurodivergent, disabled, and queer coach whose clients usually fall under one or more of the same umbrellas. They are a recovering people pleaser/eldest daughter whose undiagnosed ADHD took the form of a long, winding road through several careers. As such, coaching neurodivergent folks through career pivots is a delicious challenge.

Caitlin has a professional background in purchasing, copywriting, digital marketing, nonprofit outreach, and higher ed/student affairs. They love to work on the deep unconscious beliefs in the way of their clients' wildest dreams and may even read oracle cards during a session.

As a grad student, Caitlin worked in the Career Center at Hiram College and assisted students in finding job shadowing opportunities and internships, reviewed resumes and cover letters, and hosted workshops to educate students on career prep. Since then, they've been doing resume and career coaching work on a freelance basis and they're delighted to have found a home at Colorful Futures!

When they're not coaching, Caitlin can be found playing Animal Crossing, reading enough Kindle Unlimited books to cost Jeff Bezos more money than he makes off their subscription, or working on one of seventeen art projects they've got going at any one time.

 FAQs

  • Not necessarily. Some folks are clarifying next steps or exploring a pivot. Others want to prep before a future search. If you're trying to figure out what’s next, we can work on that too.

  • Nope! That’s something we can explore together during the session.

  • Book a Vibe Check with one of our coaches! They’ll review your situation and goals together and can determine which option would be the most beneficial for you.

  • We’re happy to accommodate! We love meeting face-to-face but also understand that there are many reasons why an audio-only call is more accessible. You’ll just have to let your coach know if you want to do Zoom with cameras-off, or a phone call. And feel free to change your mind at any time, or change it up from call-to-call.

  • Please email coaching@colorfulfutures.us — Any refunds will result in an immediate removal from the program, courses, community, and resources.
