We believe good hiring infrastructure should be accessible to the companies who need it most — including the ones building something with less inherited privilege behind them. Available for ERGs, all-hands, leadership offsites, and multi-session engagements.

  • ERG session or internal talk (under 50 attendees): starting at $750. Waived or honorarium-only for nonprofits and small BIPOC / LGBTQIA+ / ND-owned organizations.
  • Half-day workshop: $1,500–3,000 scaled by company size.
  • Full-day or multi-session engagement: contact for a custom quote.
