    • Seven (biweekly) 50-minute coaching sessions

    • Unlimited M-F chat- and voice-based support

    • Lifetime access to the Colorful Futures® Community Discord server, a validating community of queer, neurodivergent professionals, plus weekly coworking

    • Lifetime access to a digital library of resources (including trainings, scripts, and more)

  • you may find the Pocket Plan supportive if you:

    • have your core materials ready and are focused on executing your search

    • are actively applying, networking, or interviewing

    • want support that works around your search, not the other way around

    • are a past client looking for continued support after your package ends

    Pocket Plan is a monthly, ongoing support option that includes:

    • async coaching support: submit your resume drafts, cover letters, outreach messages, LinkedIn revisions, application questions, and more via a shared Google Drive folder. message your coach via Discord or email whenever something comes up. there's no limit on how many times you reach out — your coach will read everything and respond to all pending messages together.

    • responses at least twice a week, within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). you'll connect with your coach at the start of your engagement about their specific working hours. feel free to reach out on evenings, weekends, or holidays — your coach will get back to you on the next business day.

    • Discord community + weekly live coworking sessions

    • resource hub with additional templates, worksheets, scripts, and more

  • You are meeting your basic needs but have limited financial flexibility. You have stable housing and transportation, but expendable income is modest. You may have some financial support available to you if needed.

  • You are experiencing financial hardship or significant constraints. You may be employed but struggling to make ends meet, have little to no expendable income, and limited access to outside financial support.

Liora natania

Liora Natania (they/she) is a neurodivergent and queer career and business coach, executive functioning (ADHD) coach, and founder of Colorful Futures®, a company dedicated to helping neurodivergent and queer professionals navigate job searching, career growth, and self-employment—without burnout, masking, or corporate BS.

With a background in recruitment, creative leadership, and program development, Liora has seen firsthand the systemic barriers that neurodivergent and queer professionals face in the workplace—and they’re here to change that. Whether supporting job seekers in finding a sustainable, values-aligned career or helping freelancers and business owners build work that actually works for them, Liora’s approach blends strategy, self-advocacy, and sustainability.

For job seekers, Liora specializes in resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, and job search strategies that won’t lead to burnout. For entrepreneurs and freelancers, they help with business strategy, pricing models, neurodivergent-friendly systems, and marketing that feels natural (not forced). Their coaching prioritizes accessibility, inclusivity, and doing work on your own terms—without overworking or sacrificing your well-being.

caitlin fisher

Caitlin Fisher (they/them) is a neurodivergent, disabled, and queer coach whose clients usually fall under one or more of the same umbrellas. They are a recovering people pleaser/eldest daughter whose undiagnosed ADHD took the form of a long, winding road through several careers. As such, coaching neurodivergent folks through career pivots is a delicious challenge.

Caitlin has a professional background in purchasing, copywriting, digital marketing, nonprofit outreach, and higher ed/student affairs. They love to work on the deep unconscious beliefs in the way of their clients' wildest dreams and may even read oracle cards during a session.

As a grad student, Caitlin worked in the Career Center at Hiram College and assisted students in finding job shadowing opportunities and internships, reviewed resumes and cover letters, and hosted workshops to educate students on career prep. Since then, they've been doing resume and career coaching work on a freelance basis, and they're delighted to have found a home at Colorful Futures®!

When they're not coaching, Caitlin can be found playing Animal Crossing, reading enough Kindle Unlimited books to cost Jeff Bezos more money than he makes off their subscription, or working on one of seventeen art projects they've got going at any one time.

 FAQs

  • Yes! For all sliding scale tiers, we offer payment plans depending on the program.

    For 3-month packages, you can either pay in full, or split into 4 payments.

    For the Mini pack, you can either pay in full, or split into 2 payments.

    Due to the nature of the program, the Pocket Plan does not have a split-pay option.

    If you need an extended payment option, please let us know — we will work with you to figure out something that is sustainable for you.

  • While ideally we’re able to use all the sessions with the “normal” time frame for each program, 3 weeks for the mini-pack and 12 weeks for the 3-month program, sometimes things come up and a session will have to be rescheduled or delayed a week. For this reason, there is some buffer time before the sessions expire.

    For the mini-pack, sessions expire 4 weeks after the date of purchase.

    For the 3-month program, sessions expire 16 weeks after the first session.

  • Chat and voice support will begin the day of the first session and ends after the final session.

  • Book a Vibe Check with one of our coaches! They’ll review your situation and goals together and can determine which option would be the most beneficial for you.

  • During the FREE Vibe Check call, we'll spend about 25-30 minutes discussing your career history, goals, and how our coaching program may support you.

    We do NOT approach this as a “sales call.” Our goal for this is simply for you and the coach to get to know each other a bit more, and to understand if the coach’s expertise and our 1on1 program is the best fit for your goals.

  • We’re happy to accommodate! We love meeting face-to-face but also understand that there are many reasons why an audio-only call is more accessible. You’ll just have to let your coach know if you want to do Zoom with cameras-off, or a phone call. And feel free to change your mind at any time, or change it up from call-to-call.

  • This program is non-refundable, but in case of emergency, please email coaching@colorfulfutures.us — Any refunds will result in an immediate removal from the program, courses, community, and resources.
