Looking for an opportunity to write about your neurodivergent lived experience? We’re seeking guest writers for our career blog, with a priority on communities that have been systemically disenfranchised and spoken over in the career development space.
Whether you’re a seasoned content writer or you’re just getting into the realm of freelance writing, we want to hear from you.

Colorful Futures is a career and business coaching company centering neurodivergent folks, LGBTQIA+ community members, and anyone navigating work in a way that doesn’t always fit the “traditional” mold.
Our blog is warm, practical, thoughtful, and grounded in lived experience. We aim for writing that feels like talking with a friend and leaves readers with tangible tools.

Compensation
This is a paid opportunity! We offer $80.00 USD per post, paid upon delivery of the final draft. Our posts are typically 800-1000 words, and we’ll collaborate on editing, timeline, and promotion.
You’ll be credited as the writer on the blog and in any social media posts promoting your article.
We want this to feel supportive and easeful — not extractive.
Application + Hiring Process
If you aren’t familiar with our blog, please read a few articles to get to know our style before applying. Then fill out our simple Google Form to pitch us your article, including a link to your website or portfolio if you have one. And if you don’t, we’re honored to be one of your first pieces.
We’ll review your pitch and get back to you within 2-4 weeks (probably sooner). If your pitch is selected, we’ll be in touch to confirm the timeline of your article and start the process.
